Who

Greg Tooke started Light Trail Consulting with the goal of offering a different kind of consulting experience; to run a virtual office and virtual team to reduce overhead, work with only the brightest minds and greatest people that can compliment client projects and spend an insane amount of time understanding the true motivations of our clients before putting forward any solutions.

Greg loves a challenge, being up against the odds and especially being told something isn't possible. Always positive, and with no ego to trip over, he works with a wicked sense of humour and builds relationships with clients for the long term. Important stuff is important stuff, but there's no reason not to have fun while working on it.

Greg works with start-ups through to large multi-nationals across many countries, cultures and industry sectors. He can help with strategic planning, funding models, business and partnership development strategies, product/service management, sales planning and organizational design; anything that he can't help with, he's no doubt connected to a great person that can.

So you'd think an MBA management consultant with an engineering background would be focused purely on the execution of business nuts and bolts? Not so. Greg loves to share his experience and help coach and mentor new ventures with entrepreneurship@UBC and previously with the BC Innovation Council mentor programs.

Greg is committed to giving back to the community and is a board member with the HFBC Housing Foundation, a non-profit organization that builds and operates affordable housing for seniors, persons with disabilities and families in Vancouver.
